 Ifast - Today she has broken down the support at 7.05 and 7.00 and closed lower at 6.93, looks Like Bear is in control! 



Likely to slide further down towards 6.00 and below! I think is good to lock in profit instead of seeing your profit slip into losses!

BreakIng down of 6.00 she may go further down to test 5.28 than 5.00.

Ifast - Chart wise, looks like a pump and dump scenario! Pushed up to hit the high of 8.50 and crashing down ro close at 7.29. The running up has lost the momentum! At 7.29, PE is super high at about 76x. Pls dyodd. 



Full year, net profit increased by 340 per cent on-year to S$28.3 million, on the back of a 22.8 per cent increase in total revenue to S$256.5 million.

EPS is about 9.6 cents.

At 7.29, PE is super high at 76x.

Final dividend of 1.4 cents.

I would rather go for either Sembcorp ind or Keppel Corp with higher dividend and billion dollars of revenue plus a few hundred million net profit.

Keppel DC Reit - She is gaining momentum likely to cross over 1.73 and rises higher towards 1.80 and above! Yield is about 5.35 percent at current price of 1.70. Do take note!

  Keppel DC Reit  - Looks like boat is back! At 1.69 which is trading near the support at 1.66 which might present a good pivot point! Yield is about 5.4 percent. Gearing is below 40 percent. Pls dyodd. 




Keppel DC Reit  - Good news!The manager  Managed to reach a amicably and commercial solution woth DXC for the full and final settlement of 13.3m! Likely to boost their dpu payout! Do take note! 




It looks like market like this piece of news and the price has rises up 5 cents to 1.76, Fantastic!

I think price likely to test 1.78 and cover up the Gap at 1.80.

 Keppel DC Reit  -  After Ex.dividend she has gone down to touch 1.60 and managed to bounce-off from this level and closed higher at 1.65, looks rather positive! Yield is about 5.5 percent at 1.65 looks like a good pivot point to consider! Do take note!



If she can reclaim 1.71 level smoothly we may likely see her rising up further towards 1.78 level.

KDC - Keppel DC Reit  - Indeed it has went down to touch 1.67 yesterday and bounce-off to close at 1.69 unchanged,  looks like bargain hunters has turned up to support! Do take note!

Update  : KDC (Keppel DC Reit) - Gapped down this morning and went down to touch 1.69, looks rather weak and may likely see her going down to test 1.66-1.67.

  Keppel DC Reit  - Results is out! Dpu decreased 16.1% ro 4.33 cents versus 5.165 cents.  NPI is down 9.1% to 117m, Distribution Income is down 18.5% to 76m. Gearing 37.4%.I think results is badly affected by the loss of rental income and higher Operations expenses and high financial costs that increases 43.5% to 28.5m.Cautious mode!  




Occupancy rate 98.3%.

 ComfortDelGro  - This giant Transport company is growing and expanding at a faster rate as we can see their revenue growth on the latest sets of financial numbers with Net profit higher and the increased in Final dividend from 1.76 cents to 3.76 cents,  fantastic! Yield is about 5 percent which is quite good.

  ComfortDelGro  - At 1.36, yield is about 5 percent for the giant transport company which is quite resilient during market volatility! A good defensive counter to put under one portfolio! Pls dyodd.  




ComfortDelGro  - FY results is out! Final dividend increased more than 100 percent from 1.76 cents to 3.76 cents. Total Revenue is up 2.6% to 3880m and Net profit is up 4.3% to 180.5m. I think is a good sets of financial numbers! 




Total dividend of 6.66 cents representing a payout of 80%, swee!

EBITDA increased 6.5% to 629.9m.

Fed Holds Rates Steady, Indicates Three Cuts Coming in 2024

The Federal Reserve on Wednesday held its key interest rate steady for the third straight time and set the table for multiple cuts to come in 2024 and beyond.

The Dow Jones industrial average hit its first record closing high since January 2022 and the S&P 500 and Nasdaq rallied more than 1% each on Wednesday after the Federal Reserve signaled that its interest rate-hiking policy is at an end and that it sees lower borrowing costs in 2024.

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT or the Trust) is the first and largest real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) with a market capitalisation of S$13.5 billion as at 31 December 2022. It debuted on SGX-ST as CapitaLand Mall Trust in July 2002 and was renamed CICT in November 2020 following the merger with CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT).


 Looking at the FY 2022 results the NPI is up 9.7% and achieved an increased of DPU from 10.40 to 10.58 cents. It looks like the rental income is improving!







The First Quarter 2023 update is as follow:

The NPI is up 11.3% to 276.3m and occupancy rate % has improved from 95.8 to 96.2.




The gearing is slightly from 40.90 to 40.40%.



The Average WALE is 3.7 years.




The Top 10 tenants are RC Hotels (Pte) Ltd, WeWork Singapore, GIC Private Limited, NTUC Enterprise Co-Operative Ltd & Temasek Holdings etc.




Total Property value is about 24.2 billion of which is the Biggest reit counter listed on the Local Singapore Exchange.

NAV is about 2.116.

Yearly dividend of about 10.58, Yield is about 5.6%(based on current price of 1.89).

I think gd pivot entry point is back!

NikkoAM-STC Asia ETF Reit - This counter covers most of the famous reit counter like CLAR, CICT, MLT, MIT, MPACT, FCT, FLCT, LINK,SUNTEC no need to think too much plus quarterly dividend make it very interesting to put this on our portfolio! Pls dyodd.

NikkoAM-STC Asia ETF (CFA.SI) - dividend of 1.15 cents, XD 1st April, not bad! Collect dividend while waiting for price to recover! 



At 78.7 cents yield is more than 5.8% looks like quite a good yield level to consider.

I think likely to clear 82 cents and rises higher to test 84-84.5 cents.  

A nice breakout smoothly will likely see her rising up to test 90 cents.

It covers most of the index reit like CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust,  CapitaLand Ascendas REIT,  Mapletree Ind Tr,  Mapletree Logistics Trust,  Frasers L&C Tr etc.

Chart wise, it has managed to bounce-off from the low of 73.6 cents and closed well at 0.802, looks rather bullish!

If this bullish momentum continue we may likely see her rising up further towards 90 cents and above.
