MLT(Mapletree Log Tr) - The rebound was short-lived as the cPI data is still staying above 3 percent and Fed may not cut interest rate in June causes the selling down again plus ME tensions! I think great price is here as she is trading at 1.42 yielding 6.35 percent for this giant logistics reit counter which is a very good yield level. Pls dyodd.

Mapletree Log Tr  - Awesome! She is  back to 1.51. A nice breakout smoothly plus high volume would likely see her rising up towards 1.55 and above. Yield is preety good at 5.98 percent at current price of 1.51. 


Crossing over 1.55 we may see her testing 1.63.

At 1.49, yield is about 6.06%.

Certainly it is a very nice yield level for me.

Mapletree Log Tr  - Scrip price offered is 1.524, which is higher than current market price of 1.51! Does it make sense to go for scrip! O would rather take cash and buy straight from market directly which is slightly cheaper.  



Election period is from 9th Feb to 23 Feb. 

New share will be credited on 20th March.

At 1.51, Yield is about 6% for this index reit of which I think is a no-brainer opportunity!

Mapletree Log Tr (MLT) - Wah, today closed at 1.62 looks like Bull is in control! A nice crossing over of 1.62 smoothly we may likely see her rising up higher to test 1.73. Huat ah! 



CpI data will be released on 12th Dec. 

If the numbers are within expectations then it may bring cheers to the stocks market!

Chart wise, it has managed to bounce-off from 1.45 and closed higher at 1.49 looks rather interesting! 

With rate hike most probably paused in November we may see some pressure taking off from reit financing cost and hopefully this might help to support the price at the current level!

A beautiful sets of financial numbers that beat my expectations of dpu of 2.25 cents ! 




Gross Revenue is up 15% to 186.7m.

Dividend of 2.268 cents , XD 31 October.

 TA wise, she is still quite weak! 

Need to reclaim 1.67 in order to reverse this


 downtrend and rises higher!

Yearly dpu of 9 cents, yield is 5.5% of which I think is quite good! 

Gearing is below 40%. Market cap is about 8.225b.

UOB - Volatile week as ME tensions plus higher oil prices doesnt bode well for the stocks market! Lets see how the local bank fares!

UOB - She is going XD on 25th April for 0.85 dividend.  I think is good to secure the profit! Pls dyodd.



UOB - Looks rather weak! Likely to go down to test 28 again! Pls dyodd. 



Is never wrong to lock in profit as bank are sensitive to future rate cut. 


 UOB Bank - I think boat is back! She has corrected from 29.24 to close at 27.95 yesterday,  yield is more than 6 percent looks quite an interesting! Pls dyodd.  




UOB Bank - FY results is out! FY Net profit is up 26 percent to 6.1b.4th quarter net profit climbed to S$1.40 billion ($1.04 billion) from S$1.15 billion a year earlier.Proposed a Final dividend of 85 cents as expected but no special dividend or Bonus issue like Dbs bank. Lets see how market react! 

XD of 85 cents on 25th April.

At 29.24, yield is about 5.8%.





UOB reported 

a 22% rise in net profit in the fourth quarter from a year earlier on the back of higher net fee and non-interest income.

UOB, which is Southeast Asia's third-largest bank by assets, said October-December net profit climbed to S$1.40 billion ($1.04 billion) from S$1.15 billion a year earlier.

The bank recommended the payment of a final dividend of 85 Singapore cents per share, bringing the total dividend for 2023 to S$1.70 per share.

NikkoAM-STC Asia ETF (CFA.SI) - Great Sales is here! Trading at 0.771, yield is about 5.96 percent for this reit ETF that covers most of the famous reit counter like MIT, MLT CLAR, CICT, FCT ,FLCT etc of which I think is quite a good pivot point to take note!

(CFA.SI) NIKKOAM-STC Asia ETF reit - Is a no-brainer strategy to get this counter that cover most of the famous reit counter like MIT, MLT, CLAR, CICT, MPACT,  Suntec,  Asia Link, FCT and FLCT etc. At 78.6 cents yield is considered very good at about 5.9 percent.  Do take note!



NikkoAM-STC Asia ETF (CFA.SI) - dividend of 1.15 cents, XD 1st April, not bad! Collect dividend while waiting for price to recover! 



At 78.7 cents yield is more than 5.8% looks like quite a good yield level to consider.

  NikkoAM-STC Asia ETF Reit - I think great price is back! Having this counter is like owning most if tge famous Index reit like CLaR, CICT, MIT, MLT, MPACT,  KDC, Suntec,  Link (HK) . At 81cents yield is a whopping 6.1 percent,  do take note!

I think high chance she may rise up to test 84 cents Than 88.5 cents!

I think likely to clear 82 cents and rises higher to test 84-84.5 cents.  

A nice breakout smoothly will likely see her rising up to test 90 cents.

NikkoAM-STC Asia REIT ETF (CFA.SI) - She is yielding 6.49% at 0.801, Quarterly dividend, I think is a good yield level to take note! 





It covers most of the index reit like CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust,  CapitaLand Ascendas REIT,  Mapletree Ind Tr,  Mapletree Logistics Trust,  Frasers L&C Tr etc.

Chart wise, it has managed to bounce-off from the low of 73.6 cents and closed well at 0.802, looks rather bullish!

If this bullish momentum continue we may likely see her rising up further towards 90 cents and above.
